The schedule below reflects our regularly scheduled group CrossFit and specialty classes. It does not, however, reflect ALL the training that occurs at our facility. As a benefit to our members, we regularly hold instructional clinics, camps, seminars, and lectures at our facility, which can be found on our News & Events page.
