5 rounds for time:
20 pullups
30 pushups
40 situps
50 squats
Rest 3 minutes between rounds.
Results: This was the first time that we have done “Barbara” as a gym. The pullup, pushup, situp, and squat are all “basic” movements that are often overlooked because they are said to be easy. Everyone demonstrated near-perfect form in doing this workout. Good job!

I could have probably kicked this one up a notch (or three) tonight but everyone else did a great job at the 4:30 class. Awesome job as usual, guys. On a different note, I did get my 2 consecutive pullups from a deadhang and then was even able to slightly get the hang of the kip. Apparently I can only do the pullups early in the week??? Maybe the new goal should be to maintain them until Wednesday.
