And Jay, funny you mention it but I was just saying to someone the other day that I feel like as a nurse, not only do I need to practice what I preach, but the full body conditioning makes me way less likely to throw my back out &quot;moving heavy patients.&quot;  I take boards at the end of January. Hopefully only once. :)</description>
