Jason turned in an impressive 4.7 sec. 40-yard sprint time yesterday. In fact, he had several runs under 5.0. Jason will be working with our kids this summer in the Strength & Conditioning program. Nice job Jason.

We were just going over Thursday’s pullup workout, which included max sets of deadhang pullups (pause at bottom), kipping pullups, and jumping pullups (with slightly bent knee while holding bar and standing on platform), and wanted to share some stats:
-35 People showed up and completed Thursday’s WOD
- A total of 2,365 pullups were completed: 363 deadhang; 634 kipping; 1368 jumping.
- The average score turned in was 10.37 deadhang pullups, 18.11 kipping pullups, and 39.08 jumping pullups.
- Considering the average man can only do 1 unassisted pullup and that he only trains a “back day” once a week, I think we turned in a pretty good number of pullups on Thursday. I’d almost bet that we did more pullups on our 40 foot of bar in a single day than 24 Hour Fatness sees in an entire week!
