15 jumping lunges, sprint 150 meters at the beginning of each round of:
50-40-30-20-10
Double unders
Situps
Notes: This should be a challenging workout, even for those that are proficient with double unders. I did a version of this workout after a heavy lifting day and think think the name fits perfectly. Move your body fast, keep your lungs full of air, and have fun. Post times to comments.

Subbed jumping lunges for walking lunges
Subbed 150m sprint for 150m row
Subbed double unders for assisted squats (can’t wait to do Annie again someday)
Knee really bugging me for the last week. Haven’t had this much pain in weeks. I have decided I need to back off on the weighted leg exercises until I can squat using both legs equally; right now I am still heavily favoring my good leg even on a regular ol’ 90 degree air squat.
Attention, EVERYONE! There is a group of MBS’ers meeting at the gym at 8am sharp to go to Red Rocks and workout tomorrow morning! For those of you who are new and/or haven’t done this yet, it’s beautiful, elevation 6200 feet, and you can get a great workout in, plus you can say you did situps on the same stage that the Beatles sang. I highly recommend it. Post if we can expect you!
18:13 (I think, I was a little foggy after this one). The interesting thing is I felt like I did a lot better. I actually had no idea if I did this one in 10 to 20 minutes when I got done. That was a good one, my hips are really sore and the jumping lunges hurt…
