Dumbbell Thrusters L-hand
Dumbbell Thrusters R-hand
Ring Dips

Use a load approx. 25% of body weight. Chuck times to comments.

Do you have to be single to attend? Can I just sit in a corner and drink? Kind of like Saturdays workout; if your single its 100 burpees and if your married, you bring the booze and stand outside! Just thoughts.
