The schedule below reflects our regularly scheduled group CrossFit and specialty classes. It does not, however, reflect ALL the training that occurs at our facility. As a benefit to our members, we are as accommodating as possible when it comes to scheduling training. Meaning, if you really want to train at 2:oo Am., we will find a way to make that happen.
