CrossFit practice and training involve a high level of joint mobility and stability throughout the body. Limited mobility can negatively impact your CrossFit performance in several ways. You can lose power by performing movements with suboptimal mechanics, expend more energy than necessary to complete the WOD, and increase your risk of injury overall.

Most people approach mobility by doing random stretches or following a cookie-cutter routine that doesn’t address what’s going on in their bodies. Our mobility program is specifically tailored to the needs of our athletes to improve total body range of motion and resolve restrictions holding members back from moving and performing their best.
